Results of a preliminary study of rituximab for difficult NPSLE Saturday, September 01, 2007 From the Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases, April 2007Lupus may affect the central nervous system (NPSLE), with estimates varying widely (from 12% to 75%) for the number of lupus patients who experience minor or moderate flares in the nervous system.
