I find that drinking natural GINGER tea every day helps to lessen the
nausea considerably. (Of course, I much prefer this to taking
pharmaceutical drugs.)

Ginger is a "warming" herb that also works well for those of us with
RAYNAUDS, especially in colder weather, or when having cold symptoms.
I find it easier to purchase in tea bags than to make it from the
fresh rhizome.

The BENEFITS of ginger include: antiseptic qualities for gastro-
intestinal infections; stimulates the circulation and helps blood to
flow to the surface - good for hands and feet; by improving the
circulation, it helps high blood pressure; it increases sweating and
helps reduce body temperature in fevers; warming and soothing for
coughs, colds, flu and other respiratory problems.

NOTE of CAUTION:
GINGER AND ASPIRIN ARE BOTH BLOOD THINNERS SO DO NOT DRINK GINGER TEA
WITHIN TWO HOURS OF TAKING ASPIRIN. Some people may be SENSITIVE TO
THE TASTE or may experience HEARTBURN.

With a very sensitive stomach, I steep a ginger teabag in a porcelain
teapot, and as needed pour some into my cup then add boiled water to
dilute to a milder taste. I've grown accustomed to the taste but a
natural sweetener such as honey, and fresh lemon also go well with it.
